Gleanster is currently seeking candidates for the following positions:
Gleanster research associates are responsible for supporting Gleansight content development and production activities across multiple knowledge domains. That may include helping to develop the surveys that serve as the basis for all Gleanster research and analyzing the data using select key performance indicators and a cross-tabulation methodology that makes it possible to distinguish Top Performers from Everyone Else. It may also include helping to develop the Vendor Landscape sections (including the Gleanster Skinny commentaries). In addition, research associates may contribute to Success Stories, Deep Dives, Gleanster Numbers, Solution Guides and various other ancillary products as well as help with webinars, advisory services and other client deliverables. Candidates should have outstanding research, fact-checking, writing and editorial skills as well as outstanding verbal communication skills. A background in business writing and/or market research / survey design and at least some familiarity with the world of enterprise software and technology-enabled business improvement is strongly preferred. Please include any relevant writing samples. Candidates should be extremely personable and possess a high degree of personal integrity.
Gleanster account executives are responsible for developing, managing and increasing the value of our client relationships. Candidates should have a successful track record of experience in managing large corporate accounts as well as in business development, preferably calling upon and partnering with CMOs, CTOs, CIOs, marketing VPs, marketing directors and other key decision makers at B2B technology solution providers. An enterprise software and/or professional services background as well as familiariarity with at least some of the technology-enabled business initiatives that industry practitioners in the Fortune 500 (as well as in medium-size and small companies) are currently implementing to drive business improvement is a big plus. Given the need to interact with business executives in their own language, strong preference is given to candidates with relevant backgrounds and/or with a college degree in business management or technology. Candidates should be extremely personable and possess a high degree of personal integrity along with outstanding communications skills, both verbal and written. Compensation is base pay plus commission and bonuses.
