Over the past 15 years, Ian Turvill has focused on the application of data-driven strategies through technology, with a particular emphasis on marketing and operations. He has written extensively about such topics as decision management and predictive analytics, and his experience encompasses many industries, including financial services, telecom, healthcare, retail/CBG, and transportation. Ian Turvill is currently a principal consultant at a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) to the US automotive insurance industry. He previously served as senior director at FICO (Fair Isaac), where he oversaw marketing and strategy for a range of predictive analytics and decision management solutions. As a senior associate at Oliver Wyman, he consulted with Fortune 500 companies such as American Airlines, Vodafone, and Exelon on matters of marketing and strategy. A graduate of the University of Oxford and of the University of Rochester Simon Graduate School of Business, where he held an Olin Fellowship, Turvill is a resident of Gleanster’s hometown of Evanston, Illinois.
